Annapolis, MD Oil Filter
I had 1984 Ford Tempo Diesel, went to Jiffy Lube in Annapolis
since it was new. Engine was under Ford Warrenty. Ring went or
piston cracked, and blew the oil out of the filter, from the
pressure. These filters had double gaskets too. Ford blamed Jiffy
Lubes filter as defective, Jiffy lube blamed Ford's engine. Lawyer
said it cost more than car was worth to fight and guarantee to win.
Moreover, AAA rep had taken Ford to court in the past, and they have
quit doing that. Rep said Ford will spend all the money in the
world to beat you in court, rather than do that right thing and fix
the engine. I got caught in the middle. So much for mainting your
manufactuers warrenty. I walked away from the car at Bob Bell
Ford. 4 years later they called me and asked me what I wanted them
to do with the car...

Denise in San Ramon, CA Skid plate
The day after having the oil changed on my BMW, I discovered that
they had not tightened the bolts on the skid plate beneath the car.
I was driving down the freeway and suddenly heard an unusual and
frightening noise. At first I thought I had picked up some road
debris that would pass, but the noise became worse. I pulled off the
freeway and looked under the car only to find the pan hanging by one
bolt. When I called them, they advised me to drive the car to the
nearest Jiffy Lube and they would reattach it. Once my friend
arrived, he took one look and called them to tell them the car would
not be moved. The manager showed up after a 1/2 hour wait and pulled
the plate off of the car and said it would be replaced. He called me
later to tell me it had been ordered and complained that it would
cost $250.00 but that it would be in in about a week. I never heard
back and finally called. The part was in but they 'didn't have
enough money in the till to pay for it'-they had to wait for a
Regional Manager to pay for it. Today, two weeks later, I went in to
have it installed. I told the technician the purpose of my visit.
Unbeknownst to me, they immediately drained the oil from my car.
Once THAT situation was rectified, I watched as another technician
grabbed an oil hose and promptly sprayed oil in his own face and two
customers cars. The skid plate was finally installed in my car after
about an hour wait. When I arrived home, my friend inspected their
work and advised me that several bolts were missing and one was not
tightened. We will be returning with the car tomorrow. I was shocked
to find this website when I searched trying to find an e-mail
address to which to direct my complaint.

Steve in Riverside, CA Transmission
I went to Jiffy Lube for about 11 years..... 8 cars, all the
family cars. I almost always watched them do the service. I was
usually at their store every 4 to 6 weeks. Only had a problem with
them twice. Once, they forgot to put the new air filter in, and I
found out because the housing was loose and I heard the engine
really sucking in air a couple blocks down the street... went back
and got the new air filter. The second time, I had them change the
transmission fluid. They didn't fill the transmission fluid up all
the way (about a quart low). The transmission didn't down shift
properly. I immediately took the car back. They added another quart
of oil, and the car continued to have the problem. They said the car
had the problem before I brought it in and they wouldn't take
responsibility. I took it to the dealer, and the dealer reprogrammed
the computer (the calibration was screwed up because of the low
oil). With the problem solved, I went back to Jiffy Lube, and they
wouldn't pay for the $80 dealer service charge. This was Jiffy Lube
Service Center #2337, 3693 La Sierra Ave, Riverside, CA 92505-3074.
The last couple of times I went to Jiffy Lube, they didn't have
the oil I have been using.... poor service, and not having the
products I like....
Now I take my cars to Oil Can Henry's.

Changed my oil at Jiffy Lube, Berkeley California.
A year later I tried to change the oil, but the bolt was frozen
stuck to the pan. Jiffy Lube had over tighten the bolt to the pan.
I went back to Jiffy Lube and they wouldn't take responsibility for
the problem. I had to get the oil pan replaced in order to change
the oil again. I will never use Jiffy Lube again. I have never had
that problem again on any car. Mark Now residing in Los Angeles,

Justin in West Bridgewater, MA No Oil
I took my 2001 (this was in 2003) Jeep Cherokee Country to the
Jiffy Lube in West Bridgewater MA. It was my first time visiting a
Jiffy Lube. Within 15 miles of leaving the store my oil light and
check engine light both lit up, and my truck starting running real
rough. I immediately pulled over and checked my oil. There was no
oil in my pan. The stick was dry as a bone and by then caked with
cooked on residue...
They never put oil back in my vehicle after changing the filter.
I called the shop and requested action. They sent a tow truck to
pick up my Jeep and had it returned to the shop. When they were
done I was presented the tow bill AND a bill for five more quarts of
oil!!!
I guess that is what I get for having people that aren't even
qualified to serve food at McDonald's change the oil on my major
investment. Shouldn't this kind of stuff be regulated? I can have
my dealer change the oil where I bought it for 15.99, that Jiffy
Lube experience cost me over $180 dollars, and I didn't even fall
for any of the "upsells".
I don't even understand how this outfit has any repeat
customers... they must solely rely on new suckers to drive through
the bays...
Take the money and run, right? Way to go Jiffy Lube! Capitolism
at it's finest.
P.S. - My Cherokee, which I happened to love, didn't make it to
be 45,000 miles old. The dealer said it was due to lack of
maintenance,,, thanks a bunch, I hope all the participate in your
organization rot in hell.
[345] Mike AC Scam
It sucked! I cannot imagine why anyone would ever go back a
second time. Paying for a service is fine, but you should get what
you pay for. The situation with us is that we paid to have an A/C
system checked for leaks prior to re-charging and were told it was
okay. Wrong answer! It leaked out the $119 worth of freon they put
in after 1 week. Then the idiot on the phone tells me that the test
is not all that good in the first place. What a SCAM they run on
this operation. $119/week times one cooling season is one hell of a
lot of cash. Next time we will go to a reputable service center who
stands behind their work and is honest upfront with the customer.

When I had the oil changed in my motor home I forgot to change
the oil and filter on my generator. So today I changed it myselfe.
When I brought the used oil in I was told that company policy is not
to take used oil. I will not be taking my motor home my 04 Saturn or
my 99 Ford for oil changes.

in Clearwater, FL No Reply
Like so many
others, my experience with Jiffy Lube has been extremely
disappointing. I had taken my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube in
Clearwater, FL on 4/15 for what I expected to be a normal oil
change. This had been my first visit to a Jiffy Lube. I was
subjected to the usual high pressure sales pitch saying I needed
this or that unnecessary service. Without going into specifics, I
was extremely disappointed with my service. I later went to their
corporate website to register my complaint. I received a standard
form letter with a coupon for $10 off my next visit. I then wrote
to the national sales manager on 4/28 requesting his assistance in
the matter. I also returned the coupon since I had no intention of
ever going to a Jiffy Lube service store again. Two months passed
and I received neither a reply nor even an acknowledgment as to my
complaint. I then wrote to the president of Jiffy Lube on 6/21.
Two months passed and again neither a reply nor an acknowledgement.
What does this say about Jiffy Lube with regards to customer
service? It is obvious that Jiffy Lube doesn’t give a shit about
customer service. I’ll say it again. JIFFY LUBE DOESN”T GIVE A
SHIT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I only wish I had
known about this website before. I could have saved myself a whole
lot of time, grief and money. Those who are visiting this site
wondering if they should take their vehicle to a Jiffy Lube, I would
simply say see what others are saying about Jiffy Lube. Do not…DO
NOT…take your vehicle to Jiffy Lube!!
[342] Jerry Sloppy Work
I took my wife's truck to Jiffy Lube and left it to run next door
to Food Lion. When I returned they said the work an oil change with
Mobile1 5W30 per my request had been done. They obviously has only
changed the filter because the oil was as dirty as before. To add
insult to injury they had been playing with the grease and oil guns
in the bays and had gotten oil all over the drivers side of the
truck, dirty oil was on the door handle, inside rocker panel, hood
latch and steering wheel. Along with the never reset the change oil
light.
I took the truck back in and explained to what I thought was a
manager. He did promptly reset the change oil light, but denied that
the oil and grease was from his crew (The oil was still running down
the side of the truck light wet paint). I insisted they had done it
and I was upset. He took another dirty rag and made one swipe down
the truck saying that was better. When I asked him about the still
dirty oil he said that was normal, although I change the oil every
3K miles and that is not normal had they changed it.
I can tell you that they lost me as a customer as well as
Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Sterling who did far much worse
things and I have the receipts to prove it ( The sold me
differential changes twice on the same vehicle and told me the first
one was done wrong) (They had done both 5K miles apart).
I am fed up with these crooked industries. I had neck surgery and
now I have to change my own oil, because there really is no way of
trusting anyone now. I'm sure there are honest places out there but
I don't know who. I trusted Valvoline Instant Oil Change for years
until I caught them and it's hard to tell how long and how much
damage was done to my car in that time frame. Oh yeah I actually
watched their manager remove my oil filter wipe it off and put it
back on, in front of me. He swore it was a new one. It still has the
scratches where I had tried to take it off before.
[341] Dale in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA Sabatoge
Today, August 12, 2006, I took my wife's car
to the Jiffy Lube in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, for an oil
change. I inadvertently left a substantial cash bank deposit on the
front seat and asked to retrieve it while they were servicing the
car. One of the workers glared at me, as though saying, "What's the
matter, you don't trust us?". I noticed it immediately, and said,
"No distrust intended". Nonetheless, after I drove away and turned
on my air-conditioner, a foul odor spewed out of the air ducts. I'm
not sure why this occurred, but it never smelled that way before.
I circled the block and returned to Jiffy Lube, pulled into the lot
and noticed the staff laughing. It was clear to me that it would
have been pointless to ask them for help, so I left, and shall never
do business with Jiffy Lube again.
[340] Mark in
Glendale, CA TV Expo
I had been taking my 2000 Ford Expedition to Jiffy Lube for five
years when I saw an expose' on TV showing how my particular Jiffy
Lube (Glendale, CA) was taking advantage of people. I immediately
stopped doing business with them and went to a different shop that
was recommended to me. Halfway through the oil change the mechanic
called me over to show me that my coolant was "filthy". He said that
he needed to flush it out before adding quality synthetic coolant.
So I watched him flush it three times and the water was still
completely disgusting. It looked like mud. When I told him that
Jiffy Lube had supposedly maintained my cooling system for the last
five years he said, "Wow. I'd be willing to bet that the coolant in
this vehicle has NEVER been changed." He told me that the flushing
he had done was not enough, that I would have to find a mechanic
that could do a chemical flush. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

in San Antonio, TX No Service
I had my oil changed and had my annual state inspection a couple
of weeks ago at Jiffy Lube #683 in San Antonio on San Pedro. They
insisted my tires needed to be rotated, air filter replaced, wiper
blades, etc, etc. They would've found a reason to flunk my
inspection if I didn't do it.
Trouble is, just an hour before, I had bought a new tire
elsewhere. When I got the car home, I noticed that the tire hadn't
moved. (You can tell a new tire, right? By the little rubber
whiskers, if nothing else. They wear off quickly. The tire hadn't
moved.) I found out later that they hadn't refilled the washer
fluid, either, because it ran dry. I strongly suspect that they
didn't really change the air filter, either. They did change the
wipers, however (and they needed it). After all that, I'm now
beginning to wonder whether they even changed the oil. Hmmm….
For this, I'm out about a hundred bucks! And they're out a
repeat customer. Forever.

HELLO.....WELL I HAVE TWO STORIES,ABOUT JIFFY LUBE,,MY FIRST WAS
BACK IN 1999 WHEN MY SISTER TOOK HER 1996 MUSTANG WITH ONLY 12,000

UNTRUE,,,,AND TRIED TO REASSURE HER THAT THE MECHANIC WAS SIMPLY
SCAMMING YOU,,,,AND YOUR CAR IS FINE THERE IS NOWAY IT NEEDS TO BE
REPLACED KNOWING THAT DIFFERENTIAL GEAR OIL GETS CHECKED AT 100,000
MILES,,,AND THEN MAYBE SIMPLY TOP IT OFF,BUT ITS EVEN UNLIKELY IT
WILL EVEN NEED TO BE TOPPED OFF AT 100,000 MILES,,,,,,,,,SO JUST FOR
PEACE OF MIND I GOT UNDERNEATH,,,TOOK THE LUG OUT OF THE REAR
DIFFERENTIAL JUST TO MAKE SURE THEY DIDNT MESS WITH ANYTHING,,,AND I
CHECKED THE FLUID IT WAS FILLED RIGHT TO WHERE IT SHOULD BE WITH
NICE CLEAN GOLDEN COLORED GEAR FLUID,,,,,,SO I MADE HER FEEL
BETTER,,BUT NOW SHE WAS MAD THAT THEY TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF
HER,,,,,AND I TOLD HER I WOULD STOP BY JIFFY LUBE AFTER WORK TO TELL
THEM IM ON TO THERE LITTLE SCAM,,OF TRYING TO GET UNNECESSARY
REPAIRS FROM PEOPLE THAT DONT KNOW ABOUT CARS...I TOLD THE MANAGER
THERE,,,,AND HE DIDNT SEEM TO CARE ONE WAY OR THE OTHER,,NOR DID HE
APOLOGIZE,,,AND I LEFT BY SAYING YOU CAN BET NOBODY I KNOW WILL EVER
COME HERE AGAIN,,,AND HE SHRUGGED IT OFF SAYING,,I'LL STILL BE
GETTING MY PAY CHECK COME FRIDAY REGARDLESS,,,..I JUST LOVE THE
ATTITUDE WHEN YOU CALL THERE BLUFF...ITS ALMOST COMICAL......
AND MY OTHER STORY IS I LIVED IN A CONDO IN NORWALK CT,,AND FROM
MY LITTLE REAR DECK I COULD SEE AND HEAR BEHIND THE JIFFY LUBE THAT
WAS RIGHT NEXT DOOR OFF ROUTE 7,,,WELL JUST ABOUT EVERY ONE OF THE
CARS THEY DROVE AROUND BACK,,THEY WOULD BEAT ON THEM HARD,,I MEAN
SCREECH THE TIRES,,GOOSE THE ACCELERATOR,,THEN SLAM ON THE BRAKES
TRYING THEIR BEST TO PRODUCE A SKID EFFECT...AND THEY WOULD DO THIS
WITH THE CUSTOMERS CARS,,ONE AFTER ANOTHER,,,AND I COULD SEE AND
HEAR EVERYTHING WHILE SITTING ON MY LITTLE DECK,,,AND
THINKING,,,GEE,,THESE GUYS ARE SOMETHING ELSE,,,WHAT A BUNCH OF
CLOWNS,,!,,,,,THEY SIMPLY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ANYONES VEHICLE....

Oil
our recent oil change place changed hands to jiffy lube, i went
in to get my oil changed, first i know about jiffy now doing it.
the place was manic!!. i told them i wanted penzoil 5/30 oil!, as i
was sitting in my car watching them add oil, i realized it was their
brand of oil. i got out of car and told them of the mistake, they
assured me it was basically the same oil, but they could drain it
and put in my choice of oil, for an extra $5.00!!!!!!. they also
wanted to drive my car into the slot, which i refused, they had so
many people running around like crazy idiots. i was very disturbed
by them, and will never go back. plus it cost about $10.00 more than
the old place, no doubt for the vacuuming, etc they did in my car,
which they said was at no extra cost. yea right.

Jeff in Arlington Heights, IL Oil Pan
I had an oil change and an A/C recharge (8-7-2006) at the Jiffy
Lube on Rand Road in Arlington Heights Illinois. I have an older
Saab and there was some discussion among the employees about where
to perform the service. Anyway after the service I was driving to
work and a protective plastic piece feel down and became stuck under
my car. Jiffy Lube came out and inspected and removed the piece
from my vehicle. They said they were not responsible as this piece
did not cover up the areas of the car they worked on. I tried to
explain how the Jiffy Lube employees were searching for the right
spot to perform the service to no avail, and they still claimed they
were not responsible.

Shannon in Aloha, OR Into the Bay
I'm sure you've never seen one of these since I didn't see it on
your site and I read the whole site.
Today my husband took my Dodge Caravan to get an oil change at
the Jiffy Lube #2809. He said that he wasn't told which bay to go in
but the middle was being used so he started to go towards the left
but they told him to go to the right. So he backed up and headed to
the right bay. He was coming in on the instructions of the guy
waving his arms and my husband said he motioned for him to pull
forward and then go to the right. This caused my husband to drive my
right front tire into the pit! My husband said that another JL
employee asked the employee why he motioned to the right and they
concluded the employee was confused.
They were unable to get the front right tire out of the pit so
they called a tow truck which my husband had to pay for. it was
$100! They tried to pull it out by the tire, it broke my hubcap.
Then they winched it and pulled it out. It put a dent in my right
front fender and pushed the fender into the passenger door which now
doesn't open without being caught on the fender and making a loud
popping noise! We have to take it to the mechanic to make sure the
steering is okay because it feels like it's lost 1/2 it's steering
power and we have to take it to a body shop to get the fender
replaced. And Jiffy Lube never even changed the oil!
I've heard alot about how they drive the cars in, well not at
this Jiffy Lube and as a result, my husband was the first driver to
go into the bay. I can't even imagine what would have happened had
they not had the netting there.
I will be contacting Jiffy Lube Corporation but sadly, I don't
think they'll do anything to help us after what I've read here.
[334] Joel Hood Damage
On July 29, 2006 my wife dropped her car off at the Jiffy Lube at
the end of our street. She returned to pick it up after an oil
change and drove straight home. When she got to our house (just one
block from Jiffy Lube) she noticed that her hood was damaged. Some
one at Jiffy Lube tried to close the hood with the hood stand
holding the hood up and consequentially bent the hood. We immediatly
took the car back to Jiffy Lube and pointed this out to them and the
manager denied that they had anything to do with the damages to the
car. The manager would not accept responsibility for the damages,
but he offered to put a hood from a junk yard on our car, which I
refused. Then he offered to pay half of the cost for a body shop to
fix te car, as if it was partly our fault. I guess we were stupid
enough to take our car to Jiffy Lube. After 45 minutes, I got the
manager to sign a statement on my invoice that Jiffy Lube would pay
100% for a body shop to repair our car. Since then I took three
estimates to the location manager and he was supposed to call me
back today after he ran it up the ladder. But, I still have not
heard from him.

Austin, TX Oil Spray
Took Dodge pickup
for oil change They weren't paying attention and sprayed oil all
over, inside hood and out, windsheild, paint just everywhere. They
said that the Dodge trucks do that, NOT, it's been changed before.
They didn't care and when my husband complained they wiped it off
and very badly, it's smeared all over and oil is still dripping. The
truck has 2400 miles on it and is now covered in oil even puddled in
the wiper area. My husband called and was told someone would call
right back, 1 1/2 hours later he called back and was again told
someone would call. Well that was about 3 hours ago, no return
call. I really don't think anyone cares, local or corporate, what a
shame.

in Redding, CA Employee
FIrst of all, I would like to introduce myself. My name is
Dustin, and I am a store manager at a very successful store in
Redding, CA. I appreciate this website because it lets me see some
potential problems other stores have had to deal with. And, I agree
with a large amount of the ones I have read so far. Anytime an
employee or entire store has failed to do what they claimed to, then
you have all the right to be upset. That said, the one thing that
troubles me is the overwhelming number of complaints here due to
nothing more the up-selling. I challenge every single person out
there to go one full day without being "sold" something. If you
open the newspaper, listen to the radio, watch tv, there are ads.
Go to your local restaraunt, they try to sell you dessert. Your
insurance company tries to sell extras on top of your policy. Your
grocery store has impulse buy items at the cash regiter. And I
could go on for hours. But please realize that yes we offer a
$29.99 signature service, but we can not stay in business if that is
all we do. I run a business that strives to maintain high customer
service, low number of problems, and quick in/out times. BUt, I
must also make money. Please give us a break.

Scranton, PA Rude
I have always been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube. On August 4 I
went to the Jiffy Lube on Meadow Ave in Scranton Pa.store #646 . In
order to pull in the garage I had to wait for the young man to
complete his conversation with his girlfriend ( about 10 min), then
they took longer than they told me on purpose, were extremely rude
and nasty and to top it all off gave me one price 9 dollars higher
than they gave my husband 5 min later. Jiffy Lube has lost this
consumer. For 40 some dollars I will go to the local mechanic.

Julie in Victorville, CA Fluids Check
I took my 2005 Honda CRV in for a routine oil change at Jiffy
Lube on Bear Valley Road in Victorville, CA. I was told that they
were "out" of Castrol and the only oil they had was Pennzoil. I
told them to go ahead. The "estimate" came to $65.00 (which
included an oil change and air filter, if needed). When they were
finished, I went to the register to pay, and was told it would be
$62.00. I said "oh, I needed an air filter?" and he said "yes, do
you want to see it?" to which I replied "yes". He returned with my
air filter, which looked completely clean to me, and made sure he
held it far enough away from me so I couldn't really inspect it,
then blew on it. I think I saw 1 spec of dust fly off. I then paid
the $62 and drove away, feeling ripped off, but I wasn't going to
argue with him. I then checked my windshield wiper fluid, since I
was going to be taking a long trip, and nothing came out! It was
still empty - they failed to fill it up. So, I drove back and they
all stared at me as I drove up. I asked the guy that came out if
they're supposed to check all fluid levels, and he said yes, and
that's when I told him my windshield wiper fluid had not been
filled. I pulled in and he filled it up. I then began to wonder if
any of the fluids had been checked at all....or the tire pressure.
Needless to say, I won't be going back!

Bryan in Baltimore, MD Wrong Fluid
I recently took my car into the Dealership for routine service. I
was informed by the Dealer that automatic transmission fluid had
contaminated my cooling system. The so-called Technicians at Jiffy
Lube apparently poured ATF into the radiator overflow. As a result,
I had to have my entire cooling system flushed and all of the hoses
replaced. That oil change cost me $300.00. Change your own oil or
get a garage or dealership that you can trust to do it. The cast of
clowns working at Jiffy Lube are more inept than you can imagine.
[328] Bill Panel
Removal
First time I used Jiffy lube;
Took my wife's 2004 Passat for an oil change. There is a panel
under the engine that needs to be removed to get to the oil drain
plug. I noticed the mechanic was having trouble getting it
off. Having done it before, I offered to help locate the 9 quick
disconnect fasteners. The supervisor told me the mechanic had done
another Passat the day before and he knew how to get the panel off.
After the car was finished I decided to give it a quick check. I
was more concerned about the oil level being correct so I checked
that before I left the lot however, I neglected to check to see if
the panel was re-installed properly. I drove the car home afterward
with no mishaps.
My wife called me on Monday from the side of the road. Evidently
the panel dropped off and was wedged under the car. I had to
leave work to help. Six of the 9 fasteners were missing and the
panel was so damaged it had to be replaced at a cost of $186.
I won't go into the frustration, time lost from work and gasoline
burned to get a new panel and get reimbursed but you can use your
imagination. Needless to say I'm back to doing my own oil
changes.

Jennifer in Gilbert, AZ Unwanted Items
I went in to Jiffy Lube on Val Vista Road, Gilbert
AZ for a quick oil change on my 2003 Subaru Forester. I know that
they try to sell all kinds of stuff that you don't need, and was
prepared for that.
He asked me what kind of oil I would like to use.
I asked what he suggested and he said he would suggest an oil made
for SUV's. I said fine figuring they are all pretty much the same
pricewise.
They told me I needed my battery replaced and a
new oil filter both of which I declined. He then showed me my
windshield wipers which he said were torn. When he picked them up,
the rubber was hanging off. Now, it doesn't rain much here in AZ,
but I do used the wipers to clean the windshield and don't remember
them being torn before. But I said OK to replace them as I figured
that would be relatively inexpensive anyway.
My total bill for the oil change and wiper
replacement was $82!! I was literally shocked and speechless. They
charged $31 for the change, $17 for an "oil upgrade" $3 to top off
the engine coolant, $11 for ONE wiper blade and $12 for the other
Plus tax of course it came to the staggering total.
I am writing a letter today to the manager and to
the corporate office. My husband is also calling today. Although I
don't expect to get much satisfaction or results from the effort.
I went home crying feeling so used and taken
advantage of.

I went to Jiffy Lube for emission inspection today Aug 2nd at
1755 Cobb Parkway, Marietta, GA 30062. After tested they told me my
vehicle was failed inspection because RPM too high. I paid $25.00
for test fee and I went to repair store that Jiffy Lube guy
recommended. The store where just mile away from Jiffy Lube. 1 hour
later, repair store could not find any problem for RPM, then they
did emission inspection by their machine. My vehicle was passed
inspection without any change. It means Jiffy Lube gave me wrong
test result with $25 charge or their inspection machine having
problem. Please recommend diagnostic or update inspection machine
for Jiffy Lube station number GA001225. Inspector number is
AA007446, software version is 0303, GAS unit number is HT001289.
I think many of customers received wrong inspection result from
them or their machine with paid unnecessary charge as like me. Its
should be solve these problem as soon as possible.
